Buy through the App Store in the iPhone app or choose a plan in the web app. Access follows the same Accrue account on both.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may vary by storefront. Before you confirm, the App Store or web checkout shows the price, any applicable trial, the first charge date and the terms for that purchase. Free trials are available only to eligible accounts. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. For an App Store purchase, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period or trial in your Apple Account subscription settings. For a web purchase, open Settings, Account, then Manage subscription in the web app to review and manage its terms. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew. There is no free version of Accrue. Deleting your Accrue account or removing the app does not cancel an active subscription.
