Rules and coverage.
Accrue records hours and reports how the published rules represented in the app apply to them. It does not decide whether a board, school or program will accept your hours or whether you are eligible for licensure.
Each ledger shows its requirements, cited source, effective date, last-checked date and known limitations. The authority that issued the rule makes the final decision.

Program ledgers follow selected CACREP, COAMFTE, CSWE and APA standards. A program ledger and a board ledger are independent requirements. The same activity may credit both, one or neither.
One activity can affect two ledgers differently.
Choose a fictional activity. The example shows a California LPCC practicum ledger beside a CACREP program ledger; it is a product illustration, not a general rule for other programs or states.

This fictional sample starts at 76 of 100 practicum hours and 30:30 of 280 LPCC practicum hours. California’s LPCC practicum hours are a degree requirement; they do not reduce the separate post-degree board experience target.

Every other state receives a clearly labeled placeholder ledger. It holds your record without a target while figures are researched; it does not imply that the board rules are loaded or verified.
Examples and counting details.
Example: a California AMFT post-degree ledger
The represented California LMFT associate preset includes 3,000 total hours, at least 1,750 direct clinical hours and 500 hours with couples, families or children within that direct total. Non-clinical experience is capped at 1,250 hours. It also tracks 104 supervised weeks, including 52 weeks with individual or triadic supervision.
Its weekly supervision gate is evaluated at each site. A site with more than 10 direct hours in a week requires two units there. Experience is limited to 40 hours in any seven consecutive days. The preset does not decide whether an exception applies to an individual trainee.

How supervision units work in represented presets
Where a ledger uses unit arithmetic, one hour of individual or triadic supervision makes one unit. Two hours of group supervision in the same week make one whole unit. Leftover group minutes do not combine across weeks or sites, and supervision at one site does not cover another site’s weekly gate.
This is not a universal rule for every program or board. Each ledger shows the supervision measure its source uses. The app’s arithmetic follows the ledger; it does not establish that a supervisor or setting is approved.
