How to use these pages

Find your state and license in the table. Each license page gives the totals, direct hours, supervision rules and time limits from the cited rule, then what Accrue checks and what it leaves to you and your board. Program standards for CACREP, COAMFTE, CSWE and APA are on their own page.

Program standards

Degree programs set their own practicum, internship and field hours. Accrue keeps them on a program ledger beside your board ledgers.

Other states

Every other state and the District of Columbia gets a clearly labeled placeholder ledger in Accrue. It holds your record without a target until the figures are researched from the primary text. If you need your state, tell us which license.

Common questions

Which states do these pages cover?
California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Washington. Each state page lists only the license tracks Accrue models. Every other state gets a clearly labeled placeholder ledger in the app, with no invented figures.
Where do the figures come from?
From each board's statute and administrative rules, read in the primary text. Every section cites the rule it comes from and the date it was last checked.
Do program hours count toward a license?
They are separate requirements. Practicum and internship hours are a degree requirement; whether any also count toward a license is the board's rule. Accrue keeps program and board ledgers apart for that reason.
Does meeting these figures make me eligible for licensure?
No. Your licensing board decides. These pages summarize published rules as Accrue models them, and each lists the conditions Accrue does not check.

Keep these requirements beside your hours.

Accrue counts each entry against your program and board ledgers, with the rule and its source on every ledger.
