What Accrue checks
- Tracks the 3,000-hour total and the 1,500 direct hours. Only time logged as counseling counts toward the direct hours; intake not logged as counseling does not.
- Warns when a calendar month with logged experience has less than 4 hours of supervision.
- Warns when group supervision is more than 50% of the total supervision recorded.
- Links the current SEDF and explains the filing steps. The form asks for actual direct, indirect and supervision hours and whole months with that supervisor, which you and your supervisor review. Accrue's own summary is not a substitute for it.
What Accrue does not check
- Accrue does not account for an extended leave approved by your supervisor.
- Individual supervision is up to two associates and group supervision three or more. Accrue does not check group size.
- Supervision continues after the 3,000 hours until the license is issued. Accrue does not track this.
- The 18-month minimum is a calendar duration. Accrue does not track it.
- The associate license expires at 60 months. Accrue does not track this.
- Accrue does not fill in or submit the SEDF.
