Arrange Home and read the Dashboard

Home shows this week and each active ledger. The Dashboard charts your hours over longer spans. You can arrange both.

What Home shows

Home opens with a greeting, today's date, and a short briefing on your pace and anything that needs attention, such as a site missing supervision. The gear beside the greeting opens Settings.

The This week card shows each day's hours, the week's total, and your direct, indirect, and supervision figures. Tap supervision to open Supervision this week, which shows what each site still needs and offers Log supervision. Below it, each active ledger has a card with its main progress bar and other categories. Tap a ledger card to open its progress, requirements, and weekly summaries.

What the Dashboard shows

• Hours: bars over a week, month, six months, year, or all time, with your average a week and direct hours a week.
• Cumulative: credited hours over time against a ledger's target, with the pace needed to reach it by its deadline. Choose the ledger on the card.
• Client hours: your client work split by client type and by modality.
• Weeks: one cell per week, marked counted, dropped, or no hours. Tap a week to see why its hours were dropped.

Until you log hours, the Dashboard shows Nothing to chart yet. The web app has the same charts.

Move, hide, and pin cards

Touch and hold a card. On Home, choose Move up, Move down, or Remove from Home. On the Dashboard, you can also choose Hide, and Add to Home to pin a chart to Home. Hidden cards fold into a row at the bottom of the Dashboard; tap it to bring them back.

The arrangement is saved on each iPhone. Removing or hiding a card never changes your records or ledgers.
